Before you engage

Questions a buyer should ask.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We review the challenge and clarify the decision or support you need. If there is a fit, we agree a scope and proposal covering outputs, responsibilities, working arrangements and fees. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to paid work.

How is pricing determined?

Fees depend on the scope, level of responsibility, expected outputs and duration. The proposal sets out the pricing basis and any agreed expenses. Additional work or changes should be agreed before they are undertaken.

Can you work with our existing team and methods?

The engagement is scoped around your context, governance and delivery responsibilities. We agree what FlockShift owns, what remains with your team, and how decisions are escalated. A new method or tool is not a prerequisite.

How will we know the work adds value?

Choose relevant measures at the start, with a baseline, owner and review cadence. Examples include cost-to-complete accuracy, decision turnaround, overdue dependencies or application of new skills. We distinguish an expected benefit from a verified outcome.

What should procurement clarify?

Before contracting, request the legal contracting entity and billing details, proposed delivery personnel, availability, relevant experience and any required insurance or supplier checks. Agree confidentiality, data handling, deliverable ownership and acceptance in the engagement terms.

Can you provide support under our brand?

Yes, white-label support can be scoped for consultancies and service providers. Client-facing responsibilities, confidentiality, conflicts and any subcontracting disclosure or consent requirements must be agreed before work starts.
